The 8-10 month sleep regression is real and I am broken

My daughter is 9 months old and until two weeks ago she slept 7pm to 6am with maybe one wake-up. Now she's up every 90 minutes. She stands up in her cot, can't figure out how to get back down, screams.

She's also started crawling and is pulling up on everything, so I guess her brain is busy. But I'm back at work in a month and I can't function like this.

Does it end? Please tell me it ends.

It ends. Usually within a few weeks. Practice sitting down from standing a lot during the day. Once she's figured it out the night-time standing becomes less of an issue.

Twice the standing up in cots in my house. Daytime practice really did help. Also check she's not hungry, mine were eating loads more in the day once they started moving properly.

Some babies also get separation anxiety at this age so she might be waking and wanting you specifically. Lots of reassurance during the day can help, peekaboo games and stuff.

Day 4 of sitting-down practice. She now sits down beautifully during the day, and at night stands up and sits down again on repeat, laughing. Sleep has not improved but at least she's happy about it?
