Lentil bolognese. Big pot, freeze in portions. Kids don't notice the lentils if you blend half.
A big tray of roasted veg on Sunday then use it in pasta, wraps and soup all week.
Dal and rice. Mild, cheap, filling and freezes brilliantly. My kids eat it with yoghurt and flatbread.
Dal is a great shout, the veggie adult will be happy too.
Fish pie with half the fish replaced by peas and sweetcorn. Freeze in foil trays and bake from frozen.
Jollof rice. Big pot, the kids love it, and it's even better the next day. I make mine less spicy for the little ones and add pepper sauce to mine.
Label everything with the date. Learned that the hard way with a mystery tub that turned out to be stewed apple, not soup.
