Clocks go back on Sunday - are you shifting the baby's bedtime this week?

My 9 month old finally sleeps 7pm to 6am (mostly). On Sunday that 6am becomes 5am and I genuinely think I might cry.

I've read about moving bedtime 10 or 15 minutes later each night this week so she's at 8pm by Saturday, which on Sunday becomes 7pm again. Has anyone actually done this and had it work? Or do they just wake at the same time anyway out of spite?

Did it last year with my son at 11 months. Worked for bedtime. Did absolutely nothing for wake up time for the first week, then he adjusted. So it helped but not miracle.

I don't bother. I just treat the first week as 'she wakes at 5, then we nap earlier' and let it drift back within about ten days. Less stress for me than micromanaging bedtime by quarter hours.
