So, I'm getting back to work... what are my rights? Ddo I get flexible hours? what if the employer denies me this right? anyone has some advice?

You dont have an automatic right to return to work part time after maternity leave. But you may have the right to ask for flexible working hours and this request must be considered seriously by your employer. If they do not consider it seriously, this could be discrimination.
